We ship all orders from Peru.

What happens if I refuse my order due to unexpected customs fees?

If you refuse to accept the order, we reserve the right to charge you for both the outgoing and return shipping costs, as well as any additional customs fees.

What if an item is out of stock?

What condition should the item be in for a return?

The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact.

How should I send back the item?

Please use a tracked shipping service for returns so that the items can be monitored.
